I missed a few days of running last week, so I'll just try to keep it short and simple this week, but I really want to make sure I get my long run in.
Monday - 4 miles
Tuesday - 4 miles
Wednesday - 4 miles
Thursday - 4 miles
Friday - rest
Saturday - 7-8 miles long run
Sunday 4 miles
